Following your instructor’s guidance, you will:

• Learn to use the aircraft checklist to safely conduct all phases of flight

• Learn to “taxi” an airplane on the ground

• Listen in and learn the basics of radio use

• Execute a perfect takeoff, with a little help 

• Learn the basics of aircraft control through climbs, descents, turns, and level flight

• Finally, return to the airport and follow your instructor through a smooth landing

Your discovery flight is an introduction to the exciting and rewarding world of aviation. Soar over downtown Tallahassee and Florida State University, and enjoy a front seat panoramic view! Your flight plan can also be customized if you would like to see your home or business from the air.

Your flight instructor and our staff will be happy to answer any questions before, during, and after your flight. You will learn everything it takes to obtain your pilot’s license. Whether you want to fly for fun or for a career, we will help to launch your dream into becoming a reality!

The flight is about 45 min long at this time we can only take one person at a time on our Discovery Flights.

 

Discovery flights cost $200 and can be scheduled any day of the week during daylight hours. Call us to book!
